- The company does not provide shipping, lifting, furniture on the wall or disposal of furniture services. Customers must arrange the above services by themselves and bear the relevant costs and risks.
- Delivery charges do not include installation fee, moving fee, parking fee, bridge and tunnel tolls or any additional charges described in these Terms (hereinafter referred to as "Additional Charges"), which will be charged in accordance with the tariffs in effect at the time . Delivery charges and such additional charges are not refundable, transferable, or convertible to cash or merchandise unless otherwise noted.
- Customers should ensure that proper access to and from the delivery address is available for delivery before making a purchase, and that the item they are purchasing fits the purpose of their purchase. If the customer's delivery address cannot be reached directly by the lift, the customer must notify the company when requesting delivery service and pay the relevant upstairs handling fee. If the delivery is not possible due to lack of appropriate channels, the company will contact the customer to arrange rescheduling, and/or charge relevant additional fees. The company will not be held responsible for any delivery delay or failure to deliver due to this.
- When receiving the goods, the customer or consignee checks the content and condition of the ordered goods, and signs on the delivery note to confirm receipt. At that time, the ownership, risk of loss and damage of the goods will be transferred to the customer at this time.
- The company reserves the right to decide whether to provide delivery services for fragile items or items that require special handling.
Rescheduling delivery date and holding stocks
- After full payment, we can hold the stock for 2 months. Dlivery date needs to be confirmed 3 days in advance
- If the delivery cannot be arranged within 2 months, and the customer fails to pick up the goods on or before the above pick-up deadline, a storage fee will be charged. A storage fee, amounted to 5% of the total value of the order, is charged every two weeks. Less than two weeks will be counted as two weeks, and it will be calculated from the next day of the collection deadline.
- Customers can request to change the delivery date, and the administration fee will be waived for the first request to reschedule, but customers must notify the store of purchase at least 4 days in advance of the delivery date for arrangement. Thereafter, if the delivery date is changed again or if the rescheduling request is not made at least 4 days in advance, the customer will have to pay an administrative fee of HK$100.
